    Subscribe to a weekly veg box from Whippletree Farm.


    If you want your veg box to simply arrive each week/fortnight without you having to do anything … this option is for you!


    SMALL GROWER'S CHOICE - £10

    At least 5 different items. Will include potatoes and onions whenever these are available, plus a variety of seasonal vegetables, salads and herbs. Please let us know if there is anything you cannot eat or really don't like!


    LARGE GROWER'S CHOICE - £15

    At least 7 different items, usually more. Will include potatoes and onions whenever these are available, plus a variety of seasonal vegetables, salads and herbs. Please let us know if there is anything you cannot eat or really don't like!


    Subscriptions are only available for veg boxes ordered through the ONLINE SHOP, and paid for by CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD (you will set up an automatic recurring payment).


    I am sorry not to offer more flexibility, but being a very small business means I have to streamline the administration as much as possible. Thanks for your understanding!


    Setting up your veg box subscription:


    STEP 1 - make sure you are on my customer list!


    To do this, email me on becky@whippletreefarm.co.uk with the following details:


    • Name & phone number
    • Email address
    • Billing & shipping address
    • Delivery option (choose door-to-door if you live in Bridford or Christow village; or choose to collect from the Teign House Inn)
    • When do you want your subscription to start/finish? (Note our last delivery date this year is likely to be 18th December).
    • Large or small veg box?
    • Weekly or fortnightly delivery?


    STEP 2 - sign up for an Open Food Network (OFN) account


    To do this, PLEASE FIRST add the OFN email address hello@openfoodnetwork.org.uk to your safe contacts list in your email package.

    This is important! We have noticed that spam filters often cause the confirmation emails to go missing, causing frustration all round  :(


    • Next, go to our shop page here, click the “Login” button in the top right hand corner, and select the “Sign Up” tab.
    • You should receive a confirmation email – click the link to confirm that you want to sign up!
    • Now you can log in to your OFN account ...



    STEP 3 - add a default credit or debit card to your OFN account


    • Open the “Credit Cards” tab in your OFN account, and add your card details, making sure the "Default" button is checked.
    • This card will be charged weekly or fortnightly depending on how frequently you want your veg box delivery.



    STEP 4 - authorise Whippletree Farm to take card payments


    • “Whippletree Farm” should appear in the “Authorised Shops” list in the “Credit Cards” tab.

    (If it doesn’t appear, it means you’re not on my customer list … did you complete step 1?)

    • Just tick the “Allow Charges” box …. And you’re good to go!
